The IQF Pattern Cards introduce the 84 recurring human patterns and develop pattern recognition literacy.

Each card names a recognizable state that can appear in the body, mind, emotion or energy— making human patterns visible.

They are one of the primary tools used to enter the IQF code system.

The card system and guide are currently in production .
