How Holding Pattern shows up

Your breath stops mid-cycle. Not always at the same place — sometimes at the top, sometimes at the bottom, sometimes mid-transition. The cycle reaches a turning point and something in you locks. It doesn’t feel like resistance. It feels like waiting. The breath hangs there, neither complete nor released. This code invites you to let breath complete its cycle.

“You’re going to have to do it, just hold still until it’s over.”— the pattern voice

In real life: You see how holding on delays what you’re waiting for.

The Constant: Holding is a fractal of absence. Presence returns when breath is allowed to complete its cycle.
