The complete 84 Code System organized across 42 axes — showing where patterns fragment and stabilize.

The 42 Axis Map

Observe the relationship between fragmentation and stabilization within each of the 42 axes.

The Somatic Gateway Map

Six gateways. Two channels. Six vertical levels — showing how patterns move through the system.

How to Use the Pattern Cards

The companion zine — what patterns are, how they form, and how to work with the cards.

IQF System Reference Manual

The complete guide to self-location within the IQF System. Learn how to use the cards, maps, and 84 Codes to recognize patterns, understand what the system is showing you, and see yourself more clearly over time.

Most of what shapes your life cannot be seen while it remains unnamed.

If we name it, we can track it.
If we track it, we can see the pattern.
If we see the pattern, we have an advantage.

IQF is a practice for arriving here.

To begin, download the 84 Code Reference and pick one code.

The System · Free to use

The practice is simple.

The IQF System is a set of 84 codes — recurring human patterns organized across four quadrants of experience. The maps, the codes, and the worksheet are available to anyone. This is where the practice begins.

1
Notice
Pick a code that catches your attention. Then go find it operating in your life — in yourself, in others, in your reactions and relationships.
2
Observe
Stay with it. Use the Pattern Observation Worksheet to work with what you're seeing. Don't analyze. Just watch.
3
Locate
Bring it to the maps. See where it lives in the system — which quadrant, which axis. Now you know where you are.
4
Begin again.
Stay with the code or choose another. The more you look, the more becomes visible.
The Practice Environment

The system, with more support.

The free practice is yours to keep. If you want more structure, more accountability, or a physical object to work with — this is where the practice environment begins.

What patterns are active in my life?
Pattern Cards
84 cards. Each one names a recurring pattern — one that moves through everyone. The cards make the invisible tangible. Barbara Davis's original paintings, one for each of the 84 codes.

What's active in me — and how often?
Tracking
Daily practice. Daily check-in. The system gives back — after every check-in you receive a Personal Frequency Report showing where your system fragmented and where it stabilized. Over time, what's recurring becomes undeniable.

How do I get more vantage on what I'm seeing?
Courses
Six courses that deepen your capacity to work with the system. Each one adds a new vantage point. Take one alongside tracking or on its own.

The more oriented someone becomes, the more patterns become visible.

The practice is simple.

Start with a pattern.

Look for it in your life.

Observe it without trying to change it.

Locate it on the maps.

Begin again.

Over time, what was difficult to see becomes obvious.

Beth Davis, founder of the Institute of Quantum Frequency and creator of the 84-pattern code system

Founder

For twenty years I had the privilege of people trusting me enough to let me see them - in practice, in difficulty, in the truth of what they were actually going through.

What they gave me was perspective. Every person who showed up gave me another vantage point on the same patterns moving through everyone.

I built IQF because I wanted people to have what I had - a way to see themselves as clearly as they can already see others.

These patterns are not your identity.

They are where you are.

They are your location.

Recognize yourself.

Recognize others.

Notice that we're not as different as we think we are.
