A Pattern Recognition System for mapping and working with human patterns

IQF provides the models and tools needed to recognize and stabilize the patterns shaping behavior and perception.

The Institute of Quantum Frequency is making human patterns visible, measurable, and trainable.

The IQF Code System maps 84 recurring human patterns.

These patterns appear across four dimensions:

Four dimensions of human patterns: physical, mental, emotional, and energetic in the IQF system

Together, they form the grammar of human pattern.

The Code System is accessed through three tools:

Together, these tools allow individuals and practitioners to recognize and locate themselves inside the patterns running through their life. Instead of reacting to fragmentation after it has already taken hold, participants learn to see the signals that precede it and understand the sequences that restore coherence.

Over time, this changes how a person navigates life. Patterns that once felt confusing or uncontrollable become legible and workable.

The Institute of Quantum Frequency gives you a way to see exactly where you leave yourself and what becomes possible when you stop.

Because, when you can feel the pattern forming, you have a choice you didn't have before.

Beth Davis, founder of the Institute of Quantum Frequency and creator of the 84-pattern code system

Founder

Beth Davis is the creator of the 84-Code Pattern Recognition Model and the training system that became the Institute of Quantum Frequency.

She built it because she needed a way to check if she was okay — and discovered thats what everyone needs.

Her work developed through two decades of structural yoga practice, natural-law study, and direct somatic observation across thousands of training hours.

Over time the work shifted from teacher transmission to system design as recurring human patterns revealed themselves with consistent structure.

Beth now serves as the architect and steward of the Institute’s models — ensuring the training system, the tracking platform, and the research remain structurally precise and scalable.
