Most of what shapes your life cannot be seen while it remains unnamed.

If we name it, we can track it.
If we track it, we can see the pattern.
If we see the pattern, we have an advantage.Β

The System Β· Free to use

The practice is simple.

The IQF System is a set of 84 codes β€” recurring human patterns organized across four quadrants of experience. The maps, the codes, and the worksheet are available to anyone. This is where The Practice begins.

Get your free Pattern Report. Answer 12 questions about your life β€” your personal report arrives by email, showing which patterns have been active in your life.
What does the Pattern Report tell me?
It names the patterns most strongly reflected in your answers β€” not diagnoses or personality types, but recurring ways people disconnect from themselves when life becomes difficult, uncertain, or overwhelming. Each pattern arrives with its code, so you can find it on the maps and begin working with it.
Should I look for the pattern in others or in myself?
Both β€” and here's the part most people miss: you can only see a pattern in someone else if it's active in you. If you spot someone in fragmentation, it's because you're standing on the same axis β€” just at a different point on it. So when you find yourself thinking something's wrong with them, that's the doorway. The real question is: where am I on this same axis? Seeing it in others is how you find it in yourself.
What if I don't recognize a pattern from my report?
It may not be strongly active right now β€” the report reflects the moments you answered from. Watch your real life rather than the idea of it; recognition comes when the pattern is actually moving. You can also retake the report another day, answering from a different situation that's been on your mind.
Do I need the cards to do this?
No. Everything here β€” the codes, the worksheet, the maps β€” is the complete practice, free to anyone. The Pattern Cards are a tangible object: 84 original paintings, one for each code, that add a contemplative, visual way to work with the patterns. They deepen the practice, but they're not required to begin.
2
Observe
Work with the active codes in your life. These questions help you see patterns more clearly.
Do I have to fill out the worksheet?
No β€” but there's a reason writing helps. The mind is fast, and it will defend a pattern faster than you can catch it. Putting it on paper slows it down enough to actually see. Once it's out of your head and in front of you, the pattern is much easier to observe. Pen and paper, dictation, typing β€” any form works. And over time, the noticing starts to happen on its own, even without writing.
What if I don't know what to write?
That's normal, especially at first. Start with whatever's true β€” even "I don't know what I'm looking at yet" is a valid place to begin. The questions on the worksheet are there to help you find your way in if you're stuck.
How long should I spend on this?
There's no set amount of time. Some codes you'll sit with for three minutes, others for a week or longer. Don't force it β€” meet what's there. If there's nothing there right now, that's fine, move on. If there's something there, stay with it for as long as it takes to move through it. Everyone is standing somewhere different, so this will look different for everyone.
3
Locate
Find your codes on the map. Where they show up is where your life is asking for you to show up with attention.
Why do I need to see this on a map at all?
Because you can't see the whole from inside your own point of it. Everyone perceives the world through one location and mistakes it for reality. The map lets you step back and see all of it β€” where you're standing, and where everyone else is standing too. That's when separation starts to dissolve: not separate people with separate problems, but one system, everyone somewhere on it.
4
Begin again.
Stay with the code you're working with or choose another. The more you look, the more becomes visible.
What is this practice actually doing?
It's building pattern literacy β€” the ability to recognize these patterns as they move, in yourself and in others. Most patterns run faster than awareness, so they usually pass by unseen. The more you observe, the more legible they become. It's like learning to read: the patterns were always there, moving through everyone β€” pattern literacy is when you can finally see them.
I understand the codes, but I don't feel anything shifting. What am I missing?
Often it means you're working with a code that isn't very active in you right now β€” so there's nothing live to catch. The patterns that are actually running are the hardest to see in ourselves, which is exactly why they're worth finding. Watch your real life rather than the idea of it. And if you keep understanding the codes without anything moving, that's usually the sign you've reached the edge of what self-observation can show you β€” Tracking was built for exactly that: a daily practice that surfaces what's actually active, whether you can see it yet or not.
Is there more on each code?
Yes. The free practice gives you everything you need to begin. The full Code Library β€” the complete entry for every code, with practice prompts and reflection tools β€” is included with Tracking. The IQF System Reference Manual is also available as a download or with the Pattern Cards.
The Practice Environment

The system, with more support.

The free practice is yours to keep. If you want more structure, more accountability, or a physical object to work with β€” this is where the practice environment begins.

What patterns are active in my life?
Pattern Cards
84 cards. Each one names a recurring pattern β€” one that moves through everyone. The cards make the invisible tangible. Barbara Davis's original paintings, one for each of the 84 codes.

The more oriented someone becomes, the more patterns become visible.

Β

The practice is simple.

Start with a pattern.

Look for it in your life.

Observe it without trying to change it.

Locate it on the maps.

Begin again.

Over time, what was difficult to see becomes obvious.

Beth Davis, founder of the Institute of Quantum Frequency and creator of the 84-pattern code system

Founder

For twenty years I had the privilege of people trusting me enough to let me see them - in practice, in difficulty, in the truth of what they were actually going through.

What they gave me was perspective. Every person who showed up gave me another vantage point on the same patterns moving through everyone.

I built IQF because I wanted people to have what I had - a way to see themselves as clearly as they can already see others.

These patterns are not your identity.

They are where you are.

They are your location.

Recognize yourself.

Recognize others.

Notice that we're not as different as we think we are.
