1. Course Purchases (e.g., Level 1 Training)

All course purchases are final once access is granted.

Because digital course content, live training, and tracking materials are available immediately after purchase, IQF does not offer refunds for Level 1 or any subsequent course levels.

Level 1 includes:

  • 90 days of community access and live support sessions
  • One full 30-day cycle of the tracking protocol

These inclusions are fixed and non-refundable.

2. Lifetime Access to Course Materials

With purchase, students receive lifetime access for as long as the course itself exists.

Clarifications:

  • โ€œLifetimeโ€ refers to the lifetime of the course, not the student.
  • Content may evolve; IQF may retire old versions as needed.
  • Lifetime access does not include future courses or upgraded programs unless explicitly granted.
  • Lifetime access does not include perpetual community membership or ongoing tracker use beyond the 90-day window included with Level 1.

3. Memberships (Ongoing Community + Tracker Access)

Once launched, the recurring membership will include extended community and tracker access.

Terms:

  • Recurring billing (monthly or annual)
  • Cancel anytime
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • Access continues until the billing cycle ends

4. Free Trials

4a. Public Free Trials

IQF does not offer public free trials for courses or memberships.

4b. Private, Invitation-Only Practitioner Trials

On occasion, IQF may grant private, invitation-only free access to selected practitioners, clinicians, facilitators, or organizational partners.

Conditions for these private trials:

  • They are granted only by direct invitation from IQF.

  • They are intended for evaluation, research contribution, or proof-of-concept participation.

  • They are not transferable and cannot be requested or claimed by the general public.

  • Access is time-limited and may include both training and tracking components.

  • These invitations do not imply certification, partnership, or future access unless formally stated.

5. No Partial Refunds or Proration

IQF does not provide:

  • Refunds for unused access
  • Prorated returns
  • Credits for late cancellations
  • Refunds due to non-participation

Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

Additional Terms

1. Access Non-Transferability

Access to Institute of Quantum Frequency programs, tracking tools, community spaces, and course materials is for the individual purchaser only.
Accounts, logins, and course content may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Unauthorized sharing may result in removal of access without refund.

2. Chargeback Policy

All purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after gaining access to the program or materials is considered misuse of the service.
We reserve the right to provide documentation of access and delivery to the payment processor and to revoke account access in the event of a fraudulent or abusive chargeback.

3. Exceptions Clause

Refunds outside these stated terms are not guaranteed.
However, in cases of duplicate purchases, technical errors, or other exceptional circumstances, the Institute may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Such exceptions are discretionary and do not alter the standard return policy.

4. Time Zone Standard

All billing periods, renewals, and cancellations follow:
