Overview
The Institute of Quantum Frequency provides educational products, digital programs, and physical tools designed to support human pattern recognition and self-observation.
Because many of our offerings involve immediate digital access, refunds are limited as described below.
By purchasing any IQF product, course, or membership, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Digital Courses & Educational Programs
All course purchases are final once access to the digital materials has been granted.
Because course content, training materials, and tracking resources are made available immediately upon purchase, IQF does not offer refunds for digital course purchases.
Courses may include:
• educational lessons and training materials
• exercises and reflection practices
• tracking protocol participation
• limited-time community access
Once access has been granted, the program is considered delivered.
Refunds are not issued for:
• lack of participation
• unused access
• scheduling conflicts
• change of mind after purchase
2. Lifetime Access to Course Materials
Courses may be sold with lifetime access.
"Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime availability of the course on the IQF platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Important clarifications:
- IQF may update or evolve course content over time
- Older versions of materials may be retired when programs are improved
- Lifetime access applies only to the purchased course
- Future courses or new program levels are not included unless explicitly stated
Lifetime access does not include ongoing community access or tracking access beyond any period included with the course.
3. Tracking Protocol Access
The IQF tracking protocol is offered as a monthly subscription billed automatically on the date of purchase.
Subscription terms include:
- Recurring monthly billing beginning on the date of purchase
- Cancel anytime through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
Once a billing cycle begins, that period is considered active and non-refundable.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Subscribers retain access to the tracking system, frequency reports, and code library until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Your 30-day tracking cycle runs on consecutive daily check-ins and is separate from your billing cycle. If a day of tracking is missed, the tracking cycle resets to Day 1. Billing continues unchanged.
4. Memberships (Community & Tracking Access)
IQF may offer optional recurring memberships that provide continued access to community spaces and tracking tools.
Membership terms include:
- Recurring billing (monthly or annual)
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial billing periods
Once a billing cycle begins, that period is considered active and non-refundable.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Members retain access until the end of the paid billing cycle.
5. Physical Products (Pattern Cards)
Physical products such as Pattern Cards are eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
To request a replacement:
• contact IQF within 14 days of delivery
• provide a description or photo of the issue if requested
Replacements may be issued at the discretion of IQF.
Refunds for physical products are generally not issued unless a replacement cannot be provided.
6. Free Trials
IQF does not offer public free trials for courses or memberships.
However, the Institute may occasionally provide private, invitation-only access for practitioners, clinicians, facilitators, or research participants.
These invitations:
• are granted only by direct invitation from IQF
• are non-transferable
• may be time-limited
• do not imply certification, partnership, or permanent access
Invitation-based access may include training materials or tracking participation for evaluation or research purposes.
7. Access Non-Transferability
Access to IQF programs, courses, tracking tools, and community spaces is granted to the individual purchaser only.
Accounts, logins, or course materials may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed to others.
Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access without refund.
8. Chargeback Policy
Purchase Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Institute of Quantum Frequency Terms of Use and Return & Refund Policy prior to checkout.
Because access to digital materials, programs, or tracking tools may be granted immediately after purchase, initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving access may be considered a violation of these terms.
In the event of a chargeback, IQF reserves the right to provide the payment processor with documentation confirming:
• acceptance of the refund policy
• access to purchased materials
• account activity and login records
If a chargeback is filed after access has been granted, IQF may suspend or permanently revoke access to all associated programs, accounts, and community spaces.
9. Exceptions
Refunds outside these stated terms are not guaranteed.
However, IQF may review requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
• duplicate purchases
• billing errors
• technical failures that prevented access
Any exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of the Institute of Quantum Frequency.
10. Billing Time Standard
All billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation deadlines follow:
Pacific Time (PT)
12:00 AM → 11:59 PM
11. Policy Updates
IQF may update this policy as programs evolve.
Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of IQF services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
