The deepest human desire
is to be seen.
Tracking is thirty days of seeing yourself — in a mirror that remembers.

Every day, the system reflects a moment and generates your report.

Over time, you can clearly see yourself, your patterns and what keeps asking for your attention:

Day 7

Your first Pattern Summary arrives.

What's repeating in your system starts to become clear.

Day 14

Your second Pattern Summary arrives.

The patterns showing up consistently are now confirmed.

Day 21

Your third Pattern Summary arrives.

Where your system is beginning to stabilize becomes visible.

Day 30

Your final Pattern Summary arrives.

Thirty days of data. A clear picture of your recurring patterns over time.

Before You Begin

The questions people ask most.

The 30-day cycle runs on consecutive days — but it isn't a test you pass or fail. The system can only track what you record; it simply can't read a day you don't check in. So a missed day resets the cycle. Not as a punishment — consistency is part of what the practice is measuring.

And a conscious day off can be part of the practice. There's a real difference between choosing rest — checking in with yourself and knowing it's the kind thing today — and drifting from something you said you wanted to do. Learning to tell which is which, honestly, without self-judgment, is the practice itself.

Under 20 minutes a day — the somatic practice and the check-in together. The check-in itself takes only a couple of minutes.

It's a quick daily record, not the kind of screen time that pulls you in. The point isn't to add another thing to your day. It's to give you a few honest minutes of contact with yourself, and let the data accumulate from there.

The practice flexes to you. People track through injury, illness, recovery, and travel by doing what their body can actually do that day, and answering honestly about it. Their data simply reflects that — which is the point.

The somatic sequence isn't rigid. What stays constant is showing up and recording what actually happened. The system meets you where you are; it just needs you to be there.

No. This isn't a fitness practice or a flexibility test, and there's nothing to perform or get good at.

The sequence stays the same every day for 30 days. It isn't asking you to improve at it. What changes is what you can see inside yourself while you're doing it. Beginners and experienced practitioners are working with the exact same thing: their own attention, honestly applied.

Not information — visibility. Most self-work leaves you understanding your patterns in theory while they keep running underneath. Tracking shows you what's actually active, in real time, with a record you can read.

Practically, you're paying for access: the Level One Somatic Track, a Daily Frequency Report after every check-in, the full 84 Code Library, Pattern Summaries at Days 7, 14, 21, and 30, and the community. What you do inside those thirty days is yours.

And the thirty days isn't a test — it's a container. Nothing can be measured without one. Thirty days gives what's repeating in you a place to show up: complete the cycle, and the summaries hand you the whole arc. Restart it as many times as life requires, and the mirror still works every day you show up. Joe has tracked roughly sixty days across multiple rounds without yet completing a consecutive thirty. His words: “It feels like continuing.”
