Service Agreement

THE INSTITUTE OF QUANTUM FREQUENCY TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO USE

 

1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to the Institute of Quantum Frequency (“IQF”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a course, participating in training or tracking protocols, becoming a member, or engaging in any program, you agree to be bound by this Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent;

  • You are capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • You will provide accurate registration information and maintain its accuracy.

IQF reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

2. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

(Level 1 Training, Tracking Protocol, and Related Courses)**

Participation in IQF programs includes educational content, somatic practices, structural exercises, pattern-recognition frameworks, and daily diagnostic tracking.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your participation and outcomes.

  • You understand this is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed care.

  • The program is for personal development, education, and pattern recognition only.

Lifetime Access

You receive lifetime access for the lifetime of the course, meaning access is guaranteed as long as the course exists on our platform.

Course Access Includes:

  • 60 days of training content

  • One 30-day tracking cycle

  • Community access for the duration of your included period

  • Personal frequency report upon completion

  • Code library access

Additional tracking cycles or community continuation may require separate purchase.

3. MEMBERSHIP & COMMUNITY TERMS

Where applicable, membership fees grant recurring access to community support, live sessions, and ongoing content. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Members must maintain respectful conduct and uphold community integrity. IQF may remove anyone who disrupts the learning environment.

4. FACILITATOR ACCESS TIER TERMS

Facilitators accepted into the Access Tier agree to:

  • Complete Level 1 training and one full 30-day tracking cycle

  • Submit a case study and usability feedback

  • Use the model within the bounds of their professional scope

  • Avoid representing themselves as IQF-certified until such certification exists

Access is granted at the Phase 2 facilitator rate unless otherwise stated.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in any IQF program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • Physical movement

  • Somatic practices

  • Breathwork

  • Energetic or frequency-based exercises

  • Emotional or psychological responses

  • Participation in any group or community setting

You release and hold harmless IQF, its founders, instructors, contractors, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

You agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any losses arising from your participation or conduct.

6. CONSENT FOR ENERGETIC & SOMATIC PRACTICES

IQF programs involve experiential and interpretive frameworks that may evoke emotional, mental, or physical responses. These practices are for personal awareness, pattern recognition, and coherence-building.

IQF does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent conditions.
You agree to seek licensed professional care when appropriate.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF MATERIALS

All IQF content—including videos, graphics, texts, code library, exercises, diagnostics, and intellectual frameworks—is the exclusive property of the Institute of Quantum Frequency.

You may not:

  • Download content (except where explicitly allowed)

  • Copy, distribute, reproduce, or share materials

  • Teach IQF methods without written permission

  • Use the system for commercial purposes without authorization

Access is for personal use only.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY RELEASE

If you participate in live sessions or events, you consent to IQF’s right to capture, use, edit, and publish your image or audio for educational or promotional purposes.

You release IQF from claims related to such use.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY CONDUCT

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants

  • Respect boundaries and privacy

  • Avoid sharing internal discussions outside IQF spaces

  • Refrain from offering psychological, medical, or spiritual advice unless professionally licensed

IQF may revoke access for any behavior that compromises safety, integrity, or the learning environment.

10. PAYMENT TERMS, REFUND POLICY & PAYMENT PLANS

All Sales Final

Due to the digital and energetic nature of our programs, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Payment Plans

If you enter a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Non-payment may result in loss of access.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • A valid payment method is required

  • Your card will be charged when the trial ends unless cancelled before renewal

  • Only one free trial is permitted per person

11. PRIVACY & DATA USE

IQF collects personal information solely to deliver services, process payments, and enhance your experience.

We do not sell your data.

Tracking Protocol Data

If you participate in the tracking system, your data may be used anonymously for:

  • Research

  • Pattern analysis

  • System refinement

  • Collective coherence mapping

Your identifiable information is not shared externally.

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

IQF may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate this Agreement

  • You misuse content or intellectual property

  • You disrupt community safety or integrity

  • Your payment fails and is not resolved

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your user dashboard or contacting support.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

You agree to resolve disputes through informal negotiation first.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

15. AGREEMENT & CONSENT

By registering, purchasing, or participating in any IQF offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
