    These guided practices turn insight into action. Using breath, posture, and focus, you’ll decompress the spine, clear energetic static, and train your body to hold alignment—so the transformation doesn’t just make sense. It lands.

  • Weekly Voxer Support
    Stay connected and resourced throughout your journey with two dedicated Voxer office hour windows each week:
    • Wisdom Circles: (Wednesdays, 10am–6pm PT):
      A space to ask questions, receive guidance, and explore what’s coming up as you move through the course content.
    • Progress & Alignment Clinics: (Saturdays, 10am–6pm PT):
      Designed for realignment and gentle course correction—these hours offer support for what’s landing in your body and field through practice.

  • Frequency Activation Protocol
    Enter a guided 30-day sequence designed to integrate what’s been activated. These practices function as an energetic MRI—allowing you to see where your frequency is misaligned, leaking, or looping. Not a test—this is recognition through structure.

Monthly Rite of Illumination

On the last day of each month, join us in a live ceremony to reflect, connect, and be witnessed in your progress. All students are welcome—and those who’ve completed their Frequency Activation Protocol will receive certification and be invited into the next level.

Dharma Wheel

To complete Level 1, you’ll need a Dharma Wheel.
Not right away, but it’s used in the final module, which unlocks 50 days after you begin. When the time comes, we’ll guide you clearly on where to get one and how to use it.
It’s a simple but powerful tool that supports spinal and energetic awareness, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.
