The Initiation

A clear starting point.

This module establishes the ethical and perceptual foundation you will rely on throughout the work. You learn how to enter the system safely, how to approach practice without collapse, and how to orient yourself inside the material so that tracking becomes meaningful.
This is where you learn the baseline principles that anchor every module that follows.

Clinic - Traction in Action (TIA)

Where your body meets gravity with accuracy.

This clinic teaches you how to reverse compression, strengthen your spine through direct somatic engagement, and apply safety principles while meeting resistance. You learn to feel the difference between collapse and traction, giving your system its first reliable physical reference point.

Philosophy of Yoga

Context for what you’re learning.

You are introduced to the classical frameworks that underlie this system: the Eight Limbs, koshas, gunas, and foundational yogic categories. This module provides orientation—not belief—so you can recognize how these teachings map onto your direct physical experience.

Clinic: Hernia Series (Uttanpadasana)

Building strength at the center line.

This clinic trains the deep core structures that support your spine and protect your system from collapse. You learn how breath, intention, and orientation work together to create stability during effort.

 

Principles of Yoga

Ethics as structure, not belief.

This module clarifies the yamas and niyamas as practical calibrations for how you move through your life and this course. You learn how each principle supports the physical, mental, and emotional stability required for tracking and self-recognition.

 

Clinic: Corpse Posture (Savasana)

Training stillness without collapse.

Savasana becomes a diagnostic practice for nervous system regulation. You learn how to remain present without drifting, collapsing, or dissociating, allowing the body to integrate practice with clarity rather than passivity.

 

Mastering Asana

Technique that reveals pattern.

This module breaks down posture as a diagnostic tool—not an aesthetic one. You learn how alignment exposes fragmentation, how breath stabilizes structure, and how to use asana for coherence instead of performance.

 

Spinal Intelligence

Your spine as your primary channel of information.

This module teaches you how to decompress, stabilize, and read your own system through spinal response. You learn patterns of collapse, patterns of resistance, and the structural cues that show when you’re in contact with yourself.

 

Clinic: Backbend Posture (Ardha Chakrasana)

Training clarity under extension.

Here you learn to meet backbending without collapse, bracing, or forcing. This clinic strengthens your relationship with breath under load and teaches you how to stabilize your spine while expanding into unfamiliar ranges.

 

The Core Practice

Where discipline meets clarity.

This module introduces the practice that becomes your daily anchor. You learn to follow a precise sequence that builds consistency, strengthens attention, and aligns breath with movement. This is where you learn how to practice without chasing outcomes and without abandoning yourself under pressure.

 

Dharma Wheel

Learning to meet intensity without retreat.

This clinic teaches you how to hold your ground when sensation increases. You learn how to stabilize breath, keep awareness inside your body, and stay oriented during high-demand moments. This is a direct training in staying available rather than collapsing or compensating.

 

Completion

Entering the Code System

This module prepares you to transition from training into the structural phase of true integration. You learn how the Axis Map and 84-Code System interface with your practice, consolidate the full sequence, and activate your 30-day circuit.
