Study the Foundations of Practice

A collection of courses, exploring the philosophy, structure, and mechanics of embodied practice.
These courses can be taken individually or alongside the IQF tracking system
84 Patterns
A clear starting point.
This course establishes the perceptual foundation you will rely on throughout the IQF work. You learn how to enter the system safely, how to approach practice without collapse, and how to orient yourself inside the material so that tracking becomes meaningful.
This is where you learn the baseline principles that anchor every experience that follows.
Yogic Philosophy
Context for what you’re learning.
You are introduced to the classical frameworks that underlie this system: the Eight Limbs, koshas, gunas, and foundational yogic categories. This course provides orientation—not belief—so you can recognize how these teachings map onto your direct physical experience.
Ethics of Practice
Ethics as structure, not belief.
This course clarifies the yamas and niyamas as practical calibrations for how you move through your life and the IQF work. You learn how each principle supports the physical, mental, emotional and energetic stability required for tracking and self-recognition.
Â
Mastering Asana
Technique that reveals pattern.
This course breaks down posture as a diagnostic tool—not an aesthetic one. You learn how alignment exposes fragmentation, how breath stabilizes structure, and how to use asana for coherence instead of performance.
Â
Spinal Intelligence
Your spine as your primary channel of information.
This course teaches you how to decompress, stabilize, and read your own system through spinal response. You learn patterns of collapse, patterns of resistance, and the structural cues that show when you’re in contact with yourself.
Â
The Core Practice
Where discipline meets clarity.
This course introduces the practice that becomes your daily anchor. You learn to follow a precise sequence that builds consistency, strengthens attention, and aligns breath with movement. This is where you learn how to practice without chasing outcomes and without abandoning yourself under pressure.

The Physiological Shifts You’ll Notice
These courses deepen the experience for anyone doing IQF work.
