Through teachings, reflections, and devotional practice, you’ll build the capacity to meet your body, mind, and experience with presence, responsibility, and care.

Clinic - Traction in Action (TIA)
Reclaim your spine—one breath, one intention, one line of resistance at a time.
This clinic teaches you how to reverse compression using your own body—activating inner strength, cultivating spinal awareness, and applying Ahimsa to structural healing. Through two-directional alignment and conscious breath, you’ll develop discernment, resilience, and energetic coherence from the inside out.

Philosophy of Yoga
Where clarity begins and belief ends.
This module grounds you in the Eight Limbs, the Four Paths, and foundational frameworks such as the Koshas, Gunas, and Chakras. You’ll learn how ethical conduct, breath, posture, and presence form a cohesive system—not separate parts. This is not about memorizing philosophy. It’s about refining your discernment, aligning with inner truth, and practicing wisdom as structure.

Clinic: Hernia Series (Uttanpadasana)
Refine alignment through core activation, breath, and grounded awareness.
This floor-based practice strengthens the core, decompresses the spine, and restores energetic flow. Integrating breath, intention, and Ahimsa, it supports emotional resilience and structural balance from your center.

Principles of Yoga

Mastering Asana

Spinal Intelligence
